The body and mind are connected as one. They communicate and rely on each other. Trauma and stress is experienced in our mind but lives in our body, so we need to care for both together. GROW helps you care for your mind with psychotherapy methods like narrative therapy and CBT. We care for your body with holistic nutrition, yoga and healthy movement. We use Mindfulness as the bridge between the mind and body because it has the power to change both. Our clients come to us experiencing somatic stress in their body and finish feeling more calm, less stressed and in the drivers seat of their physical body. They transform from feeling exhausted and hopeless to feeling energetic and excited. They are more present, authentic and ready to return to living their lives to the fullest.
Our job is not to deny the story, but to defy the ending—to rise strong, recognize our story, and rumble with the truth until we get to a place where we think, Yes. This is what happened. This is my truth. And I will choose how the story ends.
I’m a licensed mental health therapist, registered holistic nutritionist and mindfulness practitioner. I work with people who feel stuck, held back by negative thoughts, painful pasts, worry, sadness or stress so they can that they can rise to their full potential. I also work with mamas who have experienced trauma.
After working in both physical health & wellness and the mental health field, I realized that most of the wellness services involved one or the other, when people really needed both. In fact, I found that when people work on themselves from a whole perspective, they have the most satisfying changes that last.
I started using a unique combination of Western evidence-based therapy with Eastern holistic health practices with my clients and found that they felt better in mind, body and spirit each and every time. Now, we take this approach with all of our clients. We treat you as a complex, interconnected being that needs to be cared for as whole, not in separate pieces. We deliver true integrated care to help you become the healthiest version of yourself.

This group is for women who are mothers, or working on becoming mothers have a healthy, holistic pregnancy, birth & postpartum journey without the past getting in their way. Although these mamas have experienced trauma, they are not defined by their trauma and are rising strong together.
We share daily nutrition, exercise, wellness and motivation tips for mamas, and we talk about the tough stuff. This is a safe place where mamas can be themselves, connect with others who have shared experiences and leave the guilt and judgement at the door.
